bisect | ai does not guarantee 100% protection. While we strive to provide the best possible security, no software can guarantee absolute protection against all threats.
The rules within bisect | ai are created and managed by you, the user. It is your responsibility to ensure these rules are appropriately set to meet your security needs.
bisect | ai does not store your API keys on our platform. We proxy them to the OpenAI-compatible API endpoint. We only store SHA256 hashes of the API keys to verify authorization.
We do not process refunds. All sales are final. Any chargebacks will be appealed.
bisect | ai is currently in public beta. All liabilities are the responsibility of the user. Smokin Tech OU Company will not be held responsible for any damages arising from the use of this software.
Bugs are to be expected during the beta phase. Please report any bugs to support@bisect.ai.
bisect | ai grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license to access and use the bisect | ai service, including the software, during the term of this agreement, subject to these terms and conditions.
bisect | ai and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest, including without limitation all patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights, in and to the bisect | ai service and software.
You own and retain all right, title, and interest in and to your data. bisect | ai will use commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard the security, confidentiality, and integrity of your data.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary and confidential information exchanged between the parties, and to use such information only as permitted under this agreement.
In no event will bisect | ai, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for lost data, lost profits, or any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold bisect | ai harmless from and against any and all actions, suits, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the bisect | ai service or breach of this agreement.
This agreement remains effective until terminated. You may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the bisect | ai service. bisect | ai may terminate this agreement if you breach any of these terms and fail to cure such breach within fifteen (15) days of notice.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bisect | ai is located.
